Board of Directors List (As of February 2012)TPAN’s Board of Directors represents the agency’s chief governing body and is composed of community members nominated by current board members and elected by affirmative vote of two-thirds of the Directors present at a meeting of the Board at which a quorum is present. Terms of office are renewable and run one, two and three years. The Board meets monthly and additionally as needed. Board committees include Bylaws, Finance, Gala, Search, Strategic Planning and Resource Development. Each Board member is required to contribute $500 a year to the agency’s general operating fund and to serve as a Table Captain at TPAN’s annual gala, The Aware Affair.
