Access Medical Clinic

Access Community Health Network (Access) offers HIV and syphilis testing, and also a full service medical clinic for people with HIV. The primary focus of the clinic is on testing and consultation related to HIV. The Access Medical Clinic is conveniently adjoined to our offices, but is run solely by Access, independently of TPAN.

Confidential HIV and syphilis testing are provided on Mondays and Thursdays.

Primary Care services for those with HIV/AIDS are available on Tuesdays from 9am - 5pm.

Affordable Cost

All patients are welcome! We accept Medicaid, Medicare, KidCare, and most major health insurances. Title I, Title III and Title IV funding is also available for eligible patients. If you are uninsured, we offer a sliding scale based on ability to pay.
