Newly Diagnosed with HIV
  Future Focused
  Support group for newly-diagnosed HIV positive individuals who seek support, education and the opportunity to share their experiences in a relaxing, empowering environment. Runs in 8-week cycles. Contact Joe Benjamin at ext. 238 for more information and to register.

  Twenty-Something
  Options and life choices for HIV-positive men in their twenties are many and varied. Twenty-something is a twice-monthly discussion and support group for gay and bisexual men who are under 30 and living with HIV where they can talk about sex, relationships, and gay life in the 21st century.

  Positive Progress
  A peer-led group for HIV positive individuals in recovery. Special emphasis is placed on sobriety as a priority to effectively living and dealing with HIV.

  A fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem with alcoholism

  A light form of exercise which uses breathing techniques, stretching, balance, and strenthening poses to help you feel more attuned with your body and spirit.
