KNOWLEDGE. COMMUNITY. POWER.
Power comes from knowledge. The knowledge that you are part of a connected community can give you strength. TPAN's TEAM program empowers people living with HIV to understand HIV's basic biology, to find/continue conscientious health care, to begin/continue successful treatment, to manage the infection and prevent secondary infections, and to explore issues such as stigma and disclosure. The program is designed to meet the physical, medical, and emotional needs of HIV-positive individuals today. Best of all, TEAM is fun!
There are both live and virtual TEAM sessions available.
